- Take 1-2 teaspoons (15g) of Narchuvai’s Sprouted Black Urad Dal Mix and put it in a bowl.
- Mix it into a smooth paste with a little water.
- Pour in 200ml of milk or water.
- Cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
- Add jaggery or country sugar to taste, stir well, and enjoy its delightful taste.
As a Health Porridge:
- Mix 2 or 3 spoonsful of Narchuvai’s Sprouted Black Urad Dal Mix with 150ml water.
- Cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
