REFUND POLICY

We are happy to provide a full refund for any unopened merchandise at full price, as long as it is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase and refund the cash within 15- 20 days. This does not apply to ladoos. If you wish to return a product, please contact us, and send the items back to our address. Keep in mind that postage charges will apply based on actuals.

 

Once a product is opened, we cannot accept returns because our items lack preservatives and cannot be repackaged or resold for safety reasons. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for any sale items, opened, or used products. Please be aware that Narchuvai Foods is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

 

Upon returning your package, please allow one to three weeks for your request to be processed. We will contact you once your return is complete. If there are any shortages or damages, please report them to 8667234952 on the day of delivery.
