- Cook 250g of chicken/mutton with ¼ tbsp of turmeric and 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- For tempering, heat 2 tbsp of oil and add 2 small pieces of cinnamon, ¼ tbsp of fennel, 2 chopped onions,1 tomato, and 10 curry leaves.
- Saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken/ mutton, 2 tbsp of Narchuvai’s Karaikudi Curry Masala, and saute.
- Add 1 glass of water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice, idly, or dosa.
