- Add 4 tbsp of ghee/oil, biriyani spices, onions, tomatoes, mint leaves, and coriander leaves.
- Saute these ingredients.
- Add 250g of cooked chicken/mutton, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of chili powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, and 1 tbsp of Narchuvai’s Dindigul Biryani Masala Powder. Continue to saute.
- Finally, pour in 1 glass of coconut milk and 250g of biriyani rice, along with salt to taste.
- Let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes and serve hot biriyani with your favorite side dish.
